We never saw the Palisades Fire coming, but we knew it could happen. After a video of ours was shared on social media, News channels quickly approached us to share our story and exactly what we did to help protect our family home.

Overnight, The Palisades Fire Spread to Our Backyard

The situation escalated quickly on that fateful Tuesday afternoon. Our family home, in the Pacific Palisades Highlands, is very near to the ignition point of the fire. Luckily, months prior, we prepared.

Our Home Stood Strong: How We Helped Prevent the Spread of Embers

Our efforts began months prior with proactive brush clearance and by purchasing a gas powered fire defense system which allowed us to use our pool water to saturate the surroundings and defend against embers when the fire was imminent. When municipal water resources ran out, this system kept running—even after we had safely evacuated.

Our Mission

Ever since the Palisades Fire, we have worked on enhancing the fire defense tools and have officially brought them to market. Our goal is help educate and prepare our community. No single solution is enough—but together, they can make a real difference against wildfires.
